the hotel had the audacity to serve me lukewarm soup, and don't even get me started on the seafood pasta—it was as thrilling as watching paint dry. I mean, a room upgrade would’ve been the bare minimum! my stay here was almost pleasant, but I just couldn’t let these things slide.

The breakfast was extremely good and hot food cooked to order.

I was shocked to find that there was no lifeguard before 11am, despite it being advertised otherwise. The entertainment program promised on the timetable didn't occur after our first day which left us confused and disappointed. while the room was clean, the bed was a bit too soft for comfort, affecting the quality of our sleep during our stay.

The pool area was spotlessly clean and inviting, making every dip feel like a refreshing escape. The spacious rooms offered a lovely terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying my book—a blissful combination!

More seating in the dining area would be lovely.

Just a fine choice for a quick weekend visit in Puerto del Carmen with excellent value for money. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. Make sure to check out the breakfast for a great start to the day.

this was my go-to spot since we usually stayed at different places in puerto del carmen. the junior suite pool view not only provided ample space but also a lovely balcony for relaxing. their breakfast had fresh options, and staff like sam made us feel extra welcome during our long weekend.

the hotel is an amazing spot for exploring with the charming Old Town Harbour just a short walk away and gorgeous beachfront park views at Playa Blanca nearby, making my weekend so much more enjoyable and filled with beautiful scenery.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made us feel right at home! Our Junior Suite with Sea View was so spacious, with a huge balcony where we savored breakfast made fresh to order—talk about a perfect start to the day! And don’t get me started on the culinary delights at dinner, especially the meticulously prepared three-course meals that turned every evening into a special event.
